Create your own Experience: From 6:30 to 10:30, get ready to Sip & Savor as you walk through our culinary alleys and experience South Florida's best bites and libations at your own pace. Over thirty local chefs will present delicious culinary creations. Guests will bid on fabulous auction items, mingle with friends and then hit the dance floor! UNCORKED!s Dessert Bash will feature a never-ending spread of desserts, including butter-cream frosted cakes, chocolates, ice cream, cake pops, parfaits, petit fours, tarts and cupcakes.
