Mayor Michael Udine is a change agent, constantly reaching beyond the norm to embrace and recognize trends that transform communities. Michael was elected to serve as a Broward County Commissioner in 2016, and was named Vice Mayor in November 2020. Politics was not new to him, he formerly served, for more than a decade, as the Mayor and City Commissioner of Parkland, Florida.

Michael values a balanced life between his professional career, public responsibilities, and spending time with his family. Mayor Udine is active in volunteering and attending events throughout the community. He prides himself on promoting local events in his district, working with his temple (Kol Tikvah), and supporting various charities, including Junior Achievement of South Florida.

Ultimate Night Out Raises $201,000 For Junior Achievement Programs

The 2022 Ultimate Night Out (UNO) event on November 14 was a blast! Best part, it raised over $201,000 for Junior Achievement of South Florida (JA) programs.

Our guests enjoyed fine wines, craft beers, a cigar lounge, silent and live auctions, Washington Commanders surprising Monday Night Football win over the Philadelphia Eagles, entertaining appearance of Dolphins legend Channing Crowder and more!

Congratulations to the Ultimate Man of the Year, Broward County Mayor Michael Udine. It was inspiring hearing Stranahan High School Teacher Kenneth Hart and Career Bound alum Aglantis Jean-Francois share their success stories.

The League: Men Teaming Up For Impact grew its membership. The League’s mission is to create a connected and synergistic network where men use their wisdom and influence to shape the future of our community by engaging and supporting youth as they navigate the path of opportunity.
